Painting Party

Yesterday while two of our children went skiing to Whistler with their dad
and the other was at her lifeguard training, I decided to have a painting party!

Yes, I decided I liked the striped fabric {it will match the drapes} and with a few coats of Canyon Black by Rustoleum it now looks amazing.

Next, this end table got a coat of paint after the primer dried.

Finally, I painted our master bathroom, bye-bye peach.

Not sure I like the white I chose, but I am tired of painting. I think I'll live with it.
Photos are on the other camera, will have to show you next week when the room is all gussied up.

Anyone else working on painting projects?

Don't forget to stop by on Sunday when I feature another "So Canadian, eh?"

XO Barbara

  1. I hate the tease! I can't wait to see the finished product.

I have been busy painting away on my Rast Dressers. Just need to order knobs. I'm thinking retro lions head pulls. We shall see!

  4. I LOVE the chair in black, at least what I can see of it. Can't wait for the full reveal on both projects. I'm finishing up your dresser (selling it) and then getting to work on my cane chair if the rain ever stops! Happy weekend.

  9. The chair looks amazing and that blue is so pretty! You have been busy. I always have paint projects but with client projects, my house is always on the back burner.

  13. I have to admit, I was over joyed when my man went away to Scotland for the weekend so I could paint and finish up a few projects while he was gone! I have even turned down an invite for dinner tonight!
    All the best,

This week I'm painting for a client, though.
Your chair looks like it's beautiful!
