Fun Fabric in the Mail!

My newest fantastic discovery is a fabulous fabric store that will deliver to your mailbox! I know this isn't a new phenomenon but the icing on the cake is this store is Canadian!

Yes!
No over-the-top shipping and duty charges!

My fabric BFF is Tonic Living.

On Wednesday I had a wonderful package waiting for me, an envelope full of swatches that cost me a loonie {$1 Cdn} each!

For master bedroom?

For this fabric obsessed gal, it was like Christmas morning.

Now on to deciding which ones will work and won't!

PS: Still waiting for paint to dry to continue on with my Painting 101 series! This week it seems like spring decided to leave and we were left with cold and rain!

  2. Wow, we really do think alike. I was looking at their site last week and chose 4 of those fabrics. How weird is that. So I guess you know my answer...I LOVE them!

  3. I think one of my favourite things is getting fun stuff delivered in the mail! And, if it's fabric, it's extra fun! I have yet to order anything from Tonic Living, but those $1 swatches are seriously tempting me!

  17. Thanks for the heads up; I ordered some fabric today.

What a treat to have reasonably priced, fabulous fabric so readily available to us, right here in Canada.

As an added bonus, if you type in the word airstream, you get a 10% discount, and since I live in Ontario and my order was over $50, the shipping was free! Great prices and great fabrics, yipee!

  18. I LOVE Tonic Living too! I first ordered from them in Spring 2008 when we were moving into a new house in Tofino and I found the perfect retro floral fabric for dining room curtains. It was quite a small and new company at that time so it seemed like an unusual twist when I soon after discovered that my new next door neighbour in Tofino went to high school with the owner of Tonic Living (in Victoria) and had just ordered roman blinds from the company! I have a real soft spot for a Canadian company with such on-trend beautiful fabrics...It is one of the first places I check when I am looking for fabrics to tie together a room scheme.
